This is an exciting opportunity to join a pioneering hospitality brand as a Management Trainee. In this role, you will be at the forefront of launching a new-age hospitality & F&B venture in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support
    • Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and communications for senior leadership.
    • Maintain accurate records of vendors, contracts, and contact databases.
    • Create and update spreadsheets for budgeting, timelines, and project tracking.
    • Coordinate with external partners to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Project Management
    • Assist with launch planning, events, and activations for the brand.
    • Conduct market research on suppliers, trends, and industry best practices.
    • Prepare and circulate meeting notes, reminders, and follow-ups.
    • Oversee administrative workflows, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deadlines.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheet software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
