We seek a skilled professional to lead our team in the following areas:

  1. Proven experience in OpenText Map development.
  2. Proficiency in creating and maintaining trading partner profiles, including cross-reference (XRef) tables in OpenText.
  3. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring AS2 and SFTP communication protocols. They will also be able to create comprehensive Mapping Requirement Specifications (MRS).

In addition, they should possess a solid understanding of EDI support processes and best practices. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement OpenText solutions
  • Maintain and improve trading partner relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues

Requirements:

  • 5-13 years of experience in OpenText development
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
