  • Validate refund eligibility by researching tax authority documentation, payment confirmations, and client records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external tax authorities to initiate and track refund requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of refund cases in tracking systems and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.
