Exceptional Hospitality Leader

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of staff and ensuring that guests receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure high levels of service and hospitality in the restaurant, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Manage Staff: Lead a team of waitstaff and coordinate their activities to provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Train and Mentor Staff: Train and mentor new staff members to uphold company standards.
  • Foster Customer Relationships: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in Hospitality or Restaurant Management: 1-5 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in customer service and conflict resolution.
  • Knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene Regulations: Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, with basic financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and inventory.
