About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Product Designer to join our team and contribute to creating elegant and customer-focused designs that make a lasting impact. You'll work closely with business, product, technology teams, and fellow designers to bring innovative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new product improvement opportunities based on market needs and consumer preferences, driving growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders, derive problem statements, and plan design engagements to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to outline products, lead mid-scale projects from start to finish, and drive successful product launches.
  • Enhance user experience by optimizing content, design, and interaction, ensuring consistency and coherence across the product.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance on final designs, guaranteeing high standards and excellence in every product.
  • Prioritize and assess the severity of problem statements, exploring various solution approaches and providing strong recommendations to drive innovation.
