We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Marketing Sales Consultant. This position involves creating and implementing digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and analyzing their success rates. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the company's social media presence, generating leads through cold calling, email marketing, and maintaining strategic relationships with clients.

Job Description

As a Marketing Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  1. Planning and executing phygital marketing campaigns with a greater focus on digital marketing
  2. Analyzing campaign success rates and creating future strategies accordingly
  3. Managing and maintaining the company's social media presence by sharing case studies, success stories, and knowledge artefacts and engaging with followers
  4. Creating, curating, and managing internally generated content
  5. Identifying potential clients and generating leads through various methods, including cold calling, email marketing, and maintaining strategic relationships with them
  6. Designing and implementing a process to market the existing database of candidates to current and potential clients
  7. Owning the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, engaging with live accounts, and working closely with the internal team to close deals
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • At least 1 year of work experience
  • The ability to create digital marketing strategies, implement them, and gauge their success
  • A good understanding of current SEO, PR, SEM, and their best practices
  • Demonstrable skills in positioning and selling solutions to multiple stakeholders in client organizations
  • Ability and willingness to meet with clients in person (preferable but not mandatory)
  • Ability to communicate in English for business purposes
  • Experience in recruitment (preferable but not mandatory)
