Job Title: Senior Associate - Category Support & Governance

At Zepto, we're revolutionizing grocery delivery with a 10-minute fulfillment model. As a Senior Associate - Category Support & Governance, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Master Data Management: Maintain and ensure the accuracy of master data records, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align data across all systems.
  2. Data Audits & Cleansing: Regularly audit master data to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy. Perform data cleansing activities to rectify any errors or inaccuracies in the system.
  3. Stock Inward Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving stock inward issues, liaising between the warehousing, category management, and replenishment teams.
  4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams such as operations, replenishment, and category management to ensure seamless communication and alignment of master data across all systems and processes.
  5. Communication & Reporting: Proactively communicate with relevant stakeholders, providing regular updates on issue resolution and maintaining strong relationships to ensure smooth operations.
  6. Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to streamline master data management processes, improving data accuracy and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in master data management, preferably within the FMCG industry, with a focus on maintaining large volumes of product data.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, particularly in identifying and resolving data discrepancies.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Multitasking & Deadline Management: Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using ERP systems, SAP, and data management tools to manage and audit master data efficiently.
