Your Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
- Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent management initiatives, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Certifications in recruitment, talent management, or HR, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI certifications, are a plus.
