Job Title: Human Resources Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team at Mangalam Placement Pvt Ltd. as a Human Resources Talent Acquisition Specialist.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. This role involves full-cycle recruiting, including understanding job requirements, advertising job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Sourcing Candidates:
    • Use various channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, professional networks, etc.) to source potential candidates.
    • Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Screening and Interviewing:
    • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
    • Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule in-person/virtual interviews.
    • Coordinate and manage interview logistics, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates.
  • Candidate Management:
    • Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates throughout the hiring process.
    • Negotiate offers and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
  • Recruitment Metrics:
    • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, quality of hire).
    • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to leadership.
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to legal, compliance, and organizational standards.
    • Maintain accurate documentation for all recruitment activities.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's/PG degree in any stream.
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter (Non-IT) or similar role.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting using various sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Familiarity with social media recruiting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹7.5 Lakhs - ₹10 Lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience, to our selected candidates.
