**About This Role:**

We are seeking a talented Junior Webflow Developer to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and curious developer with 1-2 years of experience building responsive websites and landing pages using Webflow. As a Junior Webflow Developer, you will collaborate with design, product, and growth teams to create high-performing web experiences that drive results.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Building and maintaining responsive websites and landing pages in Webflow, leveraging CMS, interactions, and animations to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Implementing basic frontend code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for custom embeds and advanced functionality to enhance the overall user interface.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring marketing funnels and campaigns to life, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Integrating forms, scripts, and third-party marketing tools (Zapier, Segment, HubSpot, etc.) to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Optimizing websites for SEO, page speed, and conversion-focused layouts to maximize online engagement.
  • Implementing analytics tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel) and ensuring data accuracy to inform business decisions.
  • Supporting A/B testing, funnel experiments, and performance monitoring to continuously improve the user experience.

**Ideal Skills and Experience:*

  • 1-2 years of experience in Webflow development with a strong grasp of responsive design and CMS structures.
  • Proven experience building and publishing marketing websites or landing pages.
  • Hands-on knowledge of embedding and troubleshooting custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with design, product, and growth teams.
  • Exposure to analytics and tracking implementation (GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel).
  • Familiarity with form integrations and CRM tools (Zapier, HubSpot, Leadsquared, etc).
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
