Electrical Systems Specialist

As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems for industrial facilities. This involves working closely with other disciplines to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design main electrical equipment and materials.
  • Prepare and review technical specifications and data sheets.
  • Prepare electrical equipment and material sizing calculations.
  • Perform Hazardous Area Classification with Designer support.
  • Prepare Panel schedules, Interconnection and Wiring Diagrams, Control Schematics.
  • Requisition for Inquiry and Purchase of Electrical Equipment's and Bulk Materials.
  • Technical Bid Evaluation of Offers for Electrical Equipment's and Bulk Materials & TB Tabulation preparation.
  • Interact and collaborate with rest of technical disciplines involved.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant engineering experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, and Petrochemical sectors.
  • Good knowledge of FEED and Detail Engineering within Power and Oil and Gas Projects.
  • Strong skills in single line drawings and schematics.
  • Expertise in lighting, earthing and lightning calculations.
  • Good knowledge of International Codes & Standards.
