Sales Specialist Opportunity

At Ascella Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying potential corporate leads for wellness and OPD programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Utilize various channels to identify and qualify potential corporate leads for wellness and OPD programs.
  • Build and Nurture B2B Relationships: Develop strong relationships with business clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Set Up Meetings: Arrange and conduct meetings with corporate clients to present our wellness and OPD programs.
  • Coordinate with Senior Leadership: Schedule meetings between potential clients and senior leadership to finalize deals.

Requirements:

  • MBA graduates or current MBA students
  • Candidates must reside in Mumbai or Bangalore
  • Knowledge of the healthcare and insurance industry is required
  • Proficiency in English is a must
  • Excellent sales, networking, and negotiation skills
