About this Role

We seek a skilled Content Strategist & Team Lead to oversee our content team in the insurance domain. This leader will manage workflow, ensure timely delivery of high-quality blogs, and maintain a high editorial standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit, proofread, and refine insurance-related blogs for accuracy and compliance.

  • Provide constructive feedback to writers to enhance overall quality.
  • Act as the point of contact for client deliverables and internal coordination.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Content Editor / Senior Content Writer / Team Lead in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail in insurance content.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.
