Job Title

Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective solutions ensuring alignment with objectives.
  • Design, develop and implement customizations, extensions and reports within Oracle EBS leveraging technical and functional knowledge.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle EBS applications including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Collaborate with users to understand needs and provide guidance on Oracle EBS modules.
  • Lead and participate in implementations, upgrades and migration projects.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the integrity and quality of solutions.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for customizations, configurations and processes.
  • Conduct user training sessions and workshops to enhance understanding and adoption of functionalities.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Oracle EBS with a blend of technical and functional expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS modules including Financials, Supply Chain or HRMS.
  • Proficiency in Oracle EBS development tools and technologies such as PL SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports and Workflow Builder.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and design appropriate solutions within Oracle EBS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with teams and users.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel if required to support project needs across locations.
