Telecom Technician Job Summary

As a Telecom Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining telecommunications equipment, ensuring that our systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation of copper and fiber optic cables and equipment
  • Troubleshooting and repairing telecommunications issues
  • Testing and commissioning of new installations
  • Providing technical support and training to colleagues
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in telecom knowledge of copper/fibers (splicing) termination and patching
  • Experience with power cable termination of AC & DC power cable
  • Familiarity with low current work for CCTV, AP etc.
  • Basic PC skills to provide remote access and configure devices
