Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop complex simulation process models and smart applications using Simulation and Optimization tools for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Process industries delivery services.
  • Analyze project requirements and translate them into specifications and deliverables.
  • Deliver projects on time and to high quality standards by building and configuring dynamic process and flow models.
  • Run simulations for a wide range of scenarios with built models.
  • Conduct dynamic process and control studies, perform optimization and de-bottlenecking studies.
  • Assist with Flow Assurance model building for Real-time production assurance systems.
  • Execute end-to-end design & delivery projects with project teams for Refinery, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and other customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering; Master's degree is preferred.
  • 8+ years' experience in Refinery or Petrochemical operations / process controls / process Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Advanced Process Control, Real-Time Optimization, Performance Monitoring and First Principal modelling.
  • Skilled in modeling tools Aspen Hysys, Aspen GDOT, KBC Petrosim, Technip Spyro etc.
  • Strong domain knowledge & Chemical Engineering principles and operations.
  • Ability to read and interpret Process & Instrumentation Diagrams, Process Flow Diagrams, and control logics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good working relationships with customers.
