Seeking a seasoned Oracle specialist to lead end-to-end implementations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in Oracle PL/SQL, along with experience in implementing Oracle Demantra Demand Management (DM) & Real-Time Sales and Operations Planning (RTS&OP) and a deep understanding of Manufacturing / Supply Chain domain.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement efficient Oracle PL/SQL solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain complex database schemas, stored procedures, and functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle solutions with other systems.
  • Analyze business needs and develop strategic plans to optimize supply chain operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical: Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Demantra Demand Management (DM), and Real-Time Sales and Operations Planning (RTS&OP).
  • Functional: Experience in Purchasing/ASCP/Planning modules and project management methodologies.
  • Domain: Deep understanding of Manufacturing / Supply Chain domain.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
