Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our sustainability initiatives across the organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving NPI program performance, revenue tracking, and localization NPIs in India-based projects.

  1. Analyze manufacturing emissions and engineering data to develop lifecycle inventories.
  2. Present sustainability findings to stakeholders, providing actionable insights for process optimization.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles into business processes and decisions.
Key Responsibilities

This role involves:

  • Leading and driving sustainability initiatives across the organization, focusing on Scope 3 emissions and supply chain improvements.
  • Establishing analytics and reporting systems to monitor engineering KPIs such as revenue, launch timeliness, and sustainability metrics.
  • Generating LCA reports in line with ISO 14040/14044 standards, managing environmental footprint data, and identifying optimization opportunities.
