This leadership role requires a proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams in research and outreach, with expertise in developing programs, managing teams, and executing projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing innovative solutions for green cooling and heat action plans.
  • Leading the engagement part of the program, including organizing roundtables, workshops, and conferences.
  • Representing the organization as a senior leader in high-level meetings and events.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, intellectual curiosity, and critical analysis skills. A master's degree in technology, urban planning, or a related field is required, along with at least 10 years of experience in research, strategy consulting, or advisory roles focused on green cooling, urban planning, and sustainable design.
