Job Description:

As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of construction projects from initiation to completion.

Your daily tasks will include managing on-site activities, ensuring quality control and compliance with safety regulations.

You will collaborate with civil and structural engineers to ensure project goals are met efficiently. Your responsibilities will also involve estimating costs, preparing budgets, and coordinating construction activities for timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing detailed site plans and specifications
  • Inspecting construction sites to ensure compliance with design and safety codes
  • Directing or performing surveys and measurements
  • Estimating costs and preparing budgets
  • Planning and coordinating construction activities for timely completion of projects
  • Performing geotechnical analysis and conducting soil tests for structural foundations
  • Reporting on work progress and budget matters to seniors
  • Ensuring materials and workmanship meet the project Quality Standards and Design requirements
  • Addressing problems that might arise during construction
  • Communicating effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience: On-site project management experience with a focus on civil and structural engineering
  • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members and stakeholders
  • Strong background in quality control processes and safety compliance in construction projects
  • Proficiency in using AI-based project planning and scheduling tools is a plus
  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering with min 2-3 years' experience
