Job Title: Compliance Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable professional to manage end-to-end operations related to Provident Fund (PF) for multiple clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage EPF challan generation processes ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle reconciliation of PF-related accounts and transactions, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
  • Respond to PF-related queries and ensure timely resolution, maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders.
  • Perform accurate calculation of Employee Provident Fund contributions, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct quality control (QC) checks for PF operations, ensuring compliance and excellence.
  • Prepare and file statutory reports, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Ensure all employee queries are answered within specified timelines, demonstrating professionalism and empathy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in payroll operations or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of EPF Act and allied statutory laws, with ability to apply them effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools, with ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data and multiple client accounts, with attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to adapt to changing circumstances.
