Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM professional to lead our implementation projects, focusing on ARCS (Reconciliation Compliance & Transaction Matching) and leveraging the Hyperion EPM Suite.

  • Lead ARCS and Hyperion EPM Suite implementations with a focus on reconciliation compliance and transaction matching.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to finance, accounting, and reconciliation processes.
  • Design scalable solutions using Oracle ARCS and Hyperion EPM Suite components.
  • Develop reports and dashboards aligned with business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data integration, consolidation, and validation.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular project status updates.
  • Ensure compliance with financial controls and governance standards.
  • Support change management and user training as needed.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members.
  • Be available for travel as per project requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPM implementations.
  • Expertise in Oracle ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) including Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching modules.
  • Strong knowledge of Hyperion EPM product suite (Financial Close, Planning, Essbase, etc.).
  • Solid Finance and Accounting domain knowledge, including General Ledger (GL), sub-ledgers, and reconciliation processes.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and report/dashboard development.
  • Familiarity with data integration and consolidation tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as per project needs.
