Oracle EPM Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle EPM professional to oversee the implementation of Hyperion EPM Product Suite.

This role requires strong technical skills, exceptional leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience with application development, requirement gathering, solution design, and project management.

  • Technical expertise in Hyperion EPM, including Essbase, Planning, and Financial Management
  • Strong understanding of data integration, data governance, and data quality
  • Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Oracle OBIEE or Tableau
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the implementation of Hyperion EPM Product Suite, including planning, configuration, and testing
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement projects
  3. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and training materials
  4. Analyze business needs and develop strategic recommendations to improve business processes
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle EPM, with a focus on Hyperion EPM
  • Strong technical skills in Java, SQL, and PL/SQL
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
