Job Title:

The Master Data Management Lead will oversee the development and implementation of MDM solutions to address data quality requirements and align with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MDM concepts, principles, and best practices. They will have over 8 years of experience as an MDM technical lead or similar role, with a focus on data quality management.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing data quality frameworks, standards, and best practices tailored to the organization's needs. They will also design and implement sustainable data cleansing processes to address data quality issues such as duplicates, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies.

Furthermore, the successful candidate will establish metadata repositories and frameworks to capture and manage metadata related to master data entities, attributes, and relationships. They will ensure metadata integrity and alignment with data quality standards.

The ideal candidate will also lead interface discussions pertaining to master data with different applications and have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Additionally, they will be able to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
