Master Data Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Master Data Manager to lead our offshore Master Data team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our master data, as well as developing and implementing processes to maximize efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Team Management:
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration among team members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and achieve set goals.
  • Cascade targets, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including payroll, benefits, and training programs.
  • Data Management:
  • Oversee the setup, modification, and maintenance of master data in our system(s).
  • Develop and implement quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and optimize business operations.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Analyze and streamline existing processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement new processes and procedures to support business growth.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Communication:
  • Foster open communication among team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
  • Cascade important updates, changes, and announcements to the team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data management, preferably in a Master Data Management role.
  • Proven track record of improving process efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
