Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver exceptional client experiences, drive sales, and maintain strong relationships with Interior Designers, Architects, and clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client expectations, coordinating with designers and architects, and developing detailed mood boards that effectively communicate design concepts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing outstanding in-store client experience and servicing
  • Handling walk-in clients and responding to their queries
  • Maintaining accurate records and executing assigned tasks
  • Assisting the sales team during client visits
  • Coordinating with designers and architects to ensure client satisfaction

Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a deep understanding of luxury designing trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

For this position, we are seeking an individual with:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a relevant field or similar category
  • A degree in Design, Marketing, or CRM (preferred)
  • Proven project management skills and knowledge of business operations
