Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled IT talent acquisitions specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent. This role will be pivotal in supporting our company's growth by ensuring we have the right technical skills in place to drive our business forward.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2.5 years of experience in IT recruitment. They will possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Additionally, they will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and evaluate qualified IT candidates through various recruitment channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
