Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to lead our retail team. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Focus: Drive Net Promoter Score (NPS) by greeting customers, coaching the team, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Driving Sales: Allocate targets to staff, develop a culture of high sales performance expectations, and motivate the field team to drive results.
  • People Development: Assist in recruiting high-potential staff, provide on-the-job training, deliver clear feedback, and evaluate training needs.
  • Cash & Inventory Management: Monitor cash reconciliation, ensure merchandise availability, conduct stocktakes, and perform quality checks.
  • Supervision: Ensure all store employees are taken care of, resolve issues, and maintain high-quality standards.
