The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in sales, with a strong understanding of the real estate market in India. Key responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and delivering persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the real estate sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and negotiate contracts effectively
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong negotiation and closing abilities. If you have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a passion for real estate, we encourage you to apply.
