Senior Financial Strategist

Our organization is constantly expanding its operations, ensuring financial stability and operational efficiency through thorough financial analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators for leadership.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across departments/functions.
- Formulate pricing models and provide valuable insights to support business decisions.
- Reconcile management versus accounting reports and ensure data accuracy.
- Drive process automation to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure timely month-end closure, reconciliations, and compliance.
- Analyze cash flow trends, working capital, and customer transactions to optimize liquidity.
- Support audits, tax assessments, and internal controls over financial processes.
- Identify process improvements in order-to-cash (OTC), billing, and financial operations.
- Work collaboratively with sales, supply chain, and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Bachelor of Commerce degree or equivalent qualification.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from a reputable institution.
- Good academic record.
- Seven to ten years of experience in the finance domain, including five years in financial planning and analysis/management information systems/accounting and revenue roles.
- Experience in trading or manufacturing industry.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and management levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
