Dam Design Specialist Job

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dam Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in dam design and engineering principles, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the review of submitted plans, focusing on design aspects and basic layout plans.
  • Assess and finalize preliminary designs of rehabilitation works before submission to stakeholders.
  • Review technical bid documents, bill of quantities, and specifications for rehabilitation activities.
  • Provide expert input for physical modeling of significant structural interventions.
  • Participate in CS&QA activities as a third-party representative.
  • Conduct dam safety inspections and manage transmittals.
  • Develop training calendars and customized training programs.
  • Accompany central panels for special safety issues.
