Job Title: Senior Web Solutions Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled technical leader to provide strategic guidance and expertise in designing, developing, and deploying web content solutions using Adobe AEM.

The successful candidate will have expertise in multi-site/multi-channel delivery, personalization, content aggregation, multilingual support, automated workflows, and social media integration. They will also possess strong knowledge of CMS Design, CRX, CQ WCM, DAM, and Social Collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into effective AEM solutions.
  • Evaluate infrastructure, assess capacity, and plan for scalability.
  • Provide solution architecture for AEM implementations and third-party integrations.
  • Address non-functional requirements such as availability, performance, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with clients, analysts, developers, and system administrators.
  • Lead technical discussions, client demos, and create POCs.
  • Mentor teams while contributing hands-on to design and development.
  • Drive excellence in deployment, release management, and operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • 12+ years in Java/J2EE solution design and deployment.
  • 5+ years of core experience in Adobe AEM or similar WCM/ECM product suite.
  • Expertise in XML, XHTML, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, JSP, RESTful services.
  • Deep understanding of Java, Servlets, JSP, JSTL, Spring, Hibernate.
  • Practical experience with Apache Sling, JCR (JSR-170/283), JSR-168/286, OSGi (Apache Felix).
