Accounting Operations Role

This is a finance position that involves managing the day-to-day accounting functions of an organization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and vendor/customer ledgers
  • Handling accounts payable and receivable, billing, and reconciliations
  • Ensuring timely monthly closures, including preparation of financial statements
  • Managing statutory compliance with tax authorities
  • Supporting audits with schedules and documentation
  • Generating management reports to provide insights on expenses, collections, and cash flow
  • Implementing internal controls and process improvements

Requirements for this role include:

  • A bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, or accounting
  • 5-7 years' experience in accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
