Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement talent development programs to support the growth and success of our employees.
  • Work closely with regional business leaders and global TPO business partners to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to address them.
  • Support the design, implementation, and administration of employee engagement processes and programs.
  • Conduct new employee orientation sessions and ensure required documentation is processed correctly.
  • Support employee lifecycle management, including performance improvement plans, retention initiatives, and attrition analysis.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Strong analytical thinking ability, with a curious and questioning mindset.
  • Proven experience in leading HR projects and transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and employment laws affecting the workplace.
  • Excellent business communication skills and a solutions-oriented approach.
