Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent development programs to support the growth and success of our employees.
- Work closely with regional business leaders and global TPO business partners to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to address them.
- Support the design, implementation, and administration of employee engagement processes and programs.
- Conduct new employee orientation sessions and ensure required documentation is processed correctly.
- Support employee lifecycle management, including performance improvement plans, retention initiatives, and attrition analysis.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Strong analytical thinking ability, with a curious and questioning mindset.
- Proven experience in leading HR projects and transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of labor laws and employment laws affecting the workplace.
- Excellent business communication skills and a solutions-oriented approach.
