Executive IT Project Lead Position

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Executive IT Project Lead to manage and deliver large-scale IT services projects, ensuring adherence to project goals, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, risk management, and mitigation strategies to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical, business, and vendor resources to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and clients to communicate project status, escalate issues, and manage expectations.
  • Implement project governance frameworks and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies to enhance team performance.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects and prioritize tasks to meet strategic objectives and deliver results.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 10+ years of proven experience managing IT services projects, preferably in a senior or leadership capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, and Scrum.
  • Experience managing large, complex, and multi-location projects with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to build strong relationships and achieve project goals.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
