Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Trademark Associate to join our team in Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing trademark prosecution processes, including filing, examination, and responses. They will also handle trademark opposition proceedings and draft required pleadings.

Additional responsibilities include conducting trademark searches, advising clients on availability and registration, and assisting clients in building and managing their trademark portfolios.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of trademark laws and procedures, excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A law degree (LLB or equivalent) from a recognized institution.">
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in trademark prosecution and opposition.">
  • Strong understanding of trademark laws and procedures.">
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.">
