We are seeking a highly skilled Trademark Specialist to join our team at Space Medical and Patent Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our intellectual property department, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing trademark prosecution processes, including filing, examination, and responses.

This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as excellent drafting abilities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of trademark laws and procedures, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in trademark prosecution and opposition.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling trademark opposition proceedings and drafting required pleadings, conducting thorough searches to advise clients on availability and registration, and assisting clients in building and managing their trademark portfolios. Additionally, they will need to stay up-to-date with changes in trademark law and provide strategic advice to clients.

Our ideal candidate will possess a law degree (LLB or equivalent) from a recognized institution and have strong research and problem-solving skills. They should also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
