Craft Enchanting Landscapes as a Landscape Design Manager.

Our team requires a skilled professional to lead landscape design projects from concept to completion. You will be responsible for managing projects, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and sustainable solutions that enhance quality of life and meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple landscape design projects simultaneously, focusing on residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
  • Guide aesthetic and technical development of assigned projects through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure timely delivery and manage budgets effectively, leveraging expertise in budgeting and financial management.
  • Client and stakeholder relationship management is essential to drive successful projects forward.
  • Collaborate with architects, urban planners, and other professionals to achieve seamless project execution.
  • Organize and direct junior team members in the design of assigned projects, promoting knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Demonstrate mastery in landscape drawing production techniques and Bill of Materials, optimizing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitor project timeliness and budget performance, providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Measure percentage completion based on project delivery and batches, tracking progress toward milestones.
  • Identify instances of design flaws or failures during or after project completion and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Drive innovation by implementing cutting-edge technologies and sustainable practices in design, enhancing our portfolio and reputation.
