Position : Landscape Design Manager

Location : Bangalore, India

Since 1996, we have been designing and managing homes and buildings across the globe. Our current projects include 8 developments covering a total area of 14 million square feet under construction in Bangalore, Pune, and Hyderabad.

Purpose

This role is responsible for leading landscape design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and sustainable solutions that enhance occupants' quality of life and meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead landscape design projects for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
  • Develop and implement aesthetic and technical designs for assigned projects
  • Maintain project timelines and budgets
  • Collaborate with architects, urban planners, and other professionals
  • Manage junior team members and oversee the design of assigned projects
  • Demonstrate expertise in landscape drawing production techniques and BoMs

Deliverables

  • Percentage completion of projects based on Project delivery and batches
  • Number of projects requiring significant design revisions post initial submission
  • Revenue - Achieving Annual Billing target based on Quarterly design delivery schedule
  • Quality - Instances of design flaws or failures identified during or after project for landscape works
  • Innovation and Energy Efficiency - Number of innovative technologies and sustainable practices implemented in design

Requirements

  • Master's degree in landscape architecture from reputable institutions
  • 5+ years of experience in landscape design or architecture
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects
