Leading Pharmaceutical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Microbiologist to join our team.
About the RoleThis role is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high-quality standards in a pharmaceutical company. The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling day-to-day routine activities, area/water system monitoring, hold time studies, and preservative efficacy testing.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct microbiological tests and analyses to ensure product quality and safety.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of laboratory findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement process improvements.
- Develop and implement effective control strategies to minimize contamination risks.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related discipline.
- 8-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a regulatory-approved company.
- Proven expertise in microbiological testing, laboratory management, and quality control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- FDA approval is mandatory.
