**Creative Team Lead Position**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to lead our creative team. As a Central Studio Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the team and overseeing their development. Your primary focus will be on people management, resource allocation, and project coordination between onshore and Indian teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a creative team by implementing effective people management strategies, including mentoring and performance evaluation.
  • Utilize project management tools such as JIRA or WorkFront (preferred) for efficient workflow management.
  • Handle resource allocation and management to ensure optimal utilization and project efficiency.
  • Facilitate seamless project coordination between onshore and Indian teams.
  • Ensure all creative projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Skills Required:

  • Strong experience in Creative Team Management.
  • Proven abilities in People Management.
  • Proficiency in Project Management Tools (JIRA/WorkFront preferred).
  • Expertise in Resource Allocation & Management.
  • Excellent Project Coordination skills (experience with Onshore & Indian Team coordination is preferred).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Design, Marketing, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience.
