Leadership Role in Engineering

As a pioneering leader in engineering, you will oversee the development of our cutting-edge agentic AI platform. This innovative technology is designed to revolutionize healthcare operations by automating backend workflows and enhancing accuracy, speed, and outcomes in revenue cycle management.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive the architecture and development of our agentic AI platform to deliver exceptional results
  • Design scalable and reliable backend infrastructure that powers automation workflows
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers to achieve collective success
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deploy the platform in real-world hospital environments
  • Execute technical priorities and long-term strategic initiatives with precision and agility
  • Embody a startup mentality with high autonomy, high responsibility, and a bias toward shipping high-quality solutions
  • Contribute to company-wide decisions as a key member of the leadership team
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in backend or systems engineering
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred or equivalent real-world experience)
  • Proven expertise in designing and scaling complex systems and APIs
  • Experience leading engineering teams or projects with high accountability and ownership
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, distributed systems, and workflow orchestration
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make informed architecture decisions under ambiguity
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Adaptability and a resourceful mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding outcomes
  • Preferred: background in automation, agent-based systems, or AI/ML infrastructure
