Job Opportunity

A seasoned Identity Management professional is required to support, maintain, and enhance our Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in resolving level 2 issues, implementing minor enhancements, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle level 2 support tickets, troubleshoot, and resolve SailPoint IdentityIQ issues.
  • Develop, modify, and maintain SailPoint workflows, rules, and connectors.
  • Monitor IAM platform performance and perform routine health checks.
  • Collaborate with level 3 teams for escalations and complex problem resolution.
  • Support user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and fixes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least three years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and operations.
  • Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML, and SailPoint APIs.
  • Experience in IAM operations, including incident, change, and problem management.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of IT security and compliance best practices.
