The job entails transforming solar energy accessibility through seamless financing experiences. As a Product Manager for customer financing and EMI products, you'll drive the development and scaling of customer-facing and internal workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and scaling of customer-facing and internal EMI workflows from loan application to disbursement, tracking, and reconciliation.
  • Identify pain points in the financing journey and create intuitive, compliant, and efficient tech solutions.
  • Drive integrations with NBFCs, banks, PSUs, and internal loan management workflows to ensure fast and reliable financing access for customers.
  • Design a modular, flexible financing platform that reduces time to market for new lender integrations and EMI plans.
Daily and Monthly Tasks
  • Owning the product lifecycle for financing flows including EMI applications, eligibility checks, document collection, and status tracking.
  • Driving integrations with lending partners via APIs, portals, etc. for disbursement, webhook handling, and reconciliation.
  • Gathering insights from customers, sales teams, and EMI operations to define problem statements and prioritize product solutions.
  • Writing PRDs, defining user stories, working with engineering and QA to deliver features on time.
  • Monitoring funnel performance and identifying improvement areas.
  • Collaborating with legal/compliance teams to ensure adherence to financial regulations and data security protocols.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of product management experience with at least 1–2 years in financing, lending, or credit-related domains.
  • A strong understanding of EMI workflows (KYC, eligibility, document collection, sanctioning, disbursal, repayment).
  • Prior experience building bottom-up or 0-to-1 fintech workflows is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with workflows involving APIs, webhooks, and integration with financial partners.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working at a fintech, NBFC-backed startup, or lending product team.
  • Exposure to backend workflows such as LOS/LMS systems, collections, or reconciliation.
  • SQL or analytics comfort to track metrics and identify drop-offs or bottlenecks.
