Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting cold calling and lead generation to identify potential customers.
  • Researching and creating customer data to personalize sales approaches.
  • Presenting products and services to customers over the phone and addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Converting leads into sales and meeting sales targets.
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a telesales executive or other sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe them to prospects.
  • High school diploma or any graduation will be a plus.
