We have received recognition as the World's No.1 Air Hostess training institute, offering skill-based training in dynamic fields like Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, and Customer Service.

We have achieved a remarkable 11-time award for 'Best Air Hostess Training Institute' by ASSOCHAM and have also been awarded the Gold award for 'Best Higher Vocational Institute for Skill Development'. Our company is currently undergoing major expansion.

About the Position

The National Delivery Director is a key leadership position responsible for the overall training delivery and quality across all centres nationwide. This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on management skills, and excellent communication abilities to drive both Training leadership and Operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with organisational goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of trainers and coordinators PAN India.
  • Maintain high-quality training delivery and meet students' placement targets.
  • Monitor and analyse training performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and delight through timely certification and regular student development activities.

Requirements:

  • A graduate with exceptional presentation and communication skills and a pleasing personality.
  • 17-25 years of extensive experience in handling training delivery roles/ L&D.
  • Proven track record of managing a large team.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be open to extensive travel.
  • Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills.

Salary: ₹80,00,000 - ₹1,50,00,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
