Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Junior Merchandiser. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with suppliers and clients, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective communication strategies to ensure seamless collaboration between suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Provide timely and efficient responses to client inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for sales growth, developing strategies to increase revenue, and analyzing sales data to inform product offerings.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and retail, with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
