Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Accountant based in Faridabad. The Junior Accountant will handle day-to-day accounting tasks including recording financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and reconciling accounts. Responsibilities also include assisting with budget preparations, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, the Junior Accountant will support the finance team in routine audits and tax filing processes.

Qualifications

  • Basic accounting skills and knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with numbers
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory
