**Responsibilities:**
- Examining proof of loss documents and verifying the accuracy of claim information
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and discrepancies
- Providing clear and concise communication to insured parties and their families regarding claim status and payment information
- Maintaining accurate records and reports related to claim processing

**Requirements:**
- 1 year of experience in life insurance processing or a related field
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
