Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Operations Manager to lead our cloud operations team and ensure the stability of customer applications and infrastructure.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering quality solutions to customers, ensuring their great experience.
  • This includes planning, organizing, and managing staff and overall operations to achieve this goal.
Responsibilities:
  1. Oversight of day-to-day operations, escalations, ticketing, and communications with all customers.
  2. Supervision of 24x7 Tier 1 Network Operation Centers (NOC) shift operations and personnel.
  3. Management of production incidents, outages, SLA, uptime, service availability, root cause analysis.
  4. Generation of key reports and metrics for Management System uptime, Service level agreements.
  5. Initiation of internal OEM audits and close audit observations.
  6. Coordination and support of incident handling and recovery.
  7. Closely monitoring of Network devices.
  8. Maintenance of the security, integrity, and confidentiality of all customer data.
  9. Definition and maintenance of the availability of the Company Cloud environment.
  10. Definition and maintenance of the process and procedures used by the Company Cloud operations teams.
  11. Participation in Employee Performance Management, Capacity Planning & Feedback.
  12. Active role within the Company Cloud Leadership Team to define and implement goals, projects, policies and procedures consistent with Company standards and culture.
  13. Maintenance of appropriate training and education plans for all Company Cloud Operations Team members.

  • Proven experience in leading cloud operations teams and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and manage staff and operations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
